The Joy of Dentistry

Most people don't think of it in those terms. But I do. I want to keep the teeth I have left, all the caps and bridges, too. And therefore, I am going to a dental appointment this morning, to have my teeth cleaned and get a checkup, at my own expense. I can't afford it, yes, but that's okay. I can deal with it, somehow. My dentist is willing to take small payments every month for however long, if you work with them.

It's an interesting world, where dentistry has become a luxury. But it's a luxury I need to afford. It's been too long since I was last at the dentist, and I want to make sure things are okay.
